- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
- Guests are advised to keep their valuables in the in-room safe locker. The hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ valuables, even though the premises are under CCTV surveillance.
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises.
- Any additional services availed will be charged separately as per the event host’s requirements and the hotel’s applicable rates.
- Playing music or conducting any event within the hotel premises must be informed in advance and approved by the hotel management.
- For early check-in between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM, the room must be blocked from the previous day and will be charged as one night’s tariff.
- Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM | Check-out Time: 10:00 AM. Late check-out until 6:00 PM will attract a half-day tariff. Check-out after 6:00 PM will be charged as a full day’s tariff.
- A maximum of three (3) guests are permitted to stay in a room at any given time.
- Children below 8 years of age stay complimentary. For children aged 8 years and above, extra bed charges will apply, irrespective of whether the extra bed is used.
- Parking is available within the hotel premises. Additional parking, if required, will be outside the hotel. All vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk and responsibility.
- The client shall be solely responsible for any damage caused to the hotel’s property, whether intentional or unintentional, directly or indirectly, by the client or their guests. The hotel management reserves the right to assess the extent of the damage and determine the applicable charges. The client agrees to compensate the hotel for the same, irrespective of the amount.
- Written approval from the hotel management is mandatory before hiring or engaging any outside vendors.
- One room key will be issued per room. All room keys must be returned at the time of check-out. A charge of ₹250 will be levied for the loss of a room key.
